Tires Plus

Put on a tire that popped in the middle of nowhere 40 miles later. They weren’t willing to help me out or give me a refund unless I took a 1.5 hour detour back to them. Not cool

I had the pleasure of meeting Troy at this tires plus and he went above and beyond to service my warranty request on a tire that was only 7000 miles into its life and had an puncture in the location that was not patchable. I’ve been using tireless for my last seven sets of tires and I will make sure that every vehicle I have going forward will be riding on tire plus tires. Troy Rice, I greatly appreciate your service and your attention to detail your customers. Truly appreciate it.

I’ve been using Tires Plus for over three years for tires, oil changes, alignments. I have never been upsold or pressed to get services I don’t need. Appointments are easy to schedule online or over the phone. Service is always completed on time. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful.

Troy and his staff at Tires Plus, on Prater and Pullman are top tier customer service providers in Sparks. From calling in, getting quotes, new tires and now two nails removed, they are always so kind and so professional. They will remain our go-to shop!

I purchased 4 new tires, oil change, and overall inspection. The guy that checked me in was very nice and polite. He didn’t get frustrated when I was inquiring about pricing. What I calculated online didn’t match what he pulled up, so he showed me the breakdown and explained the additional fees. He also honored a coupon I had even though I required a different oil. The work was done quickly, I expected to be there for several hours but it was barely two. The facility was nice, clean and comfortable. The chairs were actually pleasant to sit in and not just foldout or straight back chairs. Vending machine was convenient and had good choices. Outlets were available which came in handy! Overall 10/10 would go again. Had to come back for a balance. Still highly pleased with my experience!!
